Dear god, this art gets me every time. I’ll just open to some random page, and ugh the colours, the inking, the texture of Kate’s hair, the curl of an eyelash I could write poetry about those damn eyelashes but I don’t need to cause the art is poetry enough just ughfdslahglksd.
(Detective Comics #860)
I want to make babies with Kate Kane. Sadly, there are multiple reasons why this will never ever happen.

Jason was such a cute baby bird.
(Detective Comics 570)
Lil’ Jason had swag…I mean look at that hair in the last panel. The cougar is appraently down with it.
looking back it’s kind of ridiculous to see where he’s at today.

I would have loved to see a Dick!bats and Red Robin book by Snyder and Francavilla. That would have been PURE gold.

Was reading…
Fear Itself by Michael Reaves and Steven-Elliot Altman when I came across a passage where Bruce was attending his own Masquerade Party as Zorro. He then went on to describe how the Zorro costume made him want to swagger. I got a pretty good laugh out of it, and thought I’d share it.
Five minutes later Bruce started for the entrance hall. He was resisting the urge to swagger; there was something about the Zorro costume that was swagger-inducing. Odd, really. It was just a mask and a cape, after all; not so different from the cowl and cloak he wore nearly every night. And yet his “work clothes” inspired no desire to swagger.
Must be the sleeves, he thought.
