Just finished reading this the other day; it’s a really great mind-bender, with a healthy dose of satire and good humor. One of the best examples I’ve read of an author diving into the nearly absurd without losing narrative cohesion. All you Sci-Fi fans should check this out!
Man In the High Tower, The Three Sitmata of Palmer Eldritch, and The Transmigration of Timothy Archer are three other examples of PKD’s amazing ability to dive into the insane, while still having things make sense enough to follow.
