Awhile back I got my hands on just about every issue of Detective Comics. I thought it’d be cool to start at the very beginning and read through just about all of Batman’s history. Anyway, I’m at #423 (‘72) and Babs is running for congress! I remember seeing this referenced several times and wondering what the story was. Guess I’m finding out!

I’m looking forward to getting to #730 (No Man’s Land), which was the first issue of Detective Comics I ever read. That issue had me hooked. I’d always make my parents buy it for me whenever we’d go to the store. Back in the day when comic books were readily available, I guess haha.
