    Judex 1963

    After his father was slain by the villainous banker Favraux, Jacques de Trémeuse adopted the guise of Judex and assembled an organization of ex-criminals and circus people to fight Favraux and his lethal mistress Marie Verdier. He anticipated later pulp heroes and superheroes in many respects. He was a masterful fighter and an expert at disguise, and boasted a secret headquarters. In the subterranean passages beneath a ruined castle Judex had a base outfitted with technological gadgets. He also had a secret identity, as Judex (the Latin word for judge) is a nom-de-guerre he has adopted in his quest for revenge.

    Judex initially appeared in movie serials, but has been adapted into other media over the years.

    I just watched this a few days ago and it was wicked awesome.

    Welp, since no one sent in any replies to the “What Character should I focus on” idea…

    I guess I’ll focus on those characters who are no longer with us. Not that they’re dead or anything. They’re just gone. Vanished. Poof. 

    A year ago, with the reboot, many characters were lost in time. I suppose they may all be on Dinosaur Island, but I doubt it. For the next little while, I’ll be posting about them. Our lost friends.

    SO many good characters are gone now. :/

    I want some stories with The Weird and Waverider.
