I could write a novel about the boyfriend. Things are getting shittier by the day. But I can’t exactly say that’s a bad thing. There’s a lot of things he needs to improve on. I’m seriously getting tired of it all. Don’t make this public please haha And I’ll be free tonight! I’m staying at Cara’s place for a couple days while my grandparents are out of town. But she won’t be home all day or all night so I’m all alone. But definitely hit me up when you get of work! What time is that at anyways?

I’m just getting into DC actually! So I’m not too familiar. I’m better with Marvel, but~ I still don’t feel like I know much. Not the classic stuff at least. Just a few comic arcs here and there. Of Spider-man, the X-men and the Silver Surfer mostly!

Ah, gotcha! As far as DC goes, there isn’t much I don’t know. I spent (for better, or for worse) the majority of my childhood with my face crammed between the pages of Bat-family books lol, but the direction the company has gone in the last few years has kind of forced me to start picking up books by other companies, like Marvel.

Silver Surfer: Parable by Stan Lee & Moebius was actually the first comic I ever bought myself! I remember buying it at a K-Mart with my dad when I was still pretty little. I actually still have that copy on my shelf lol.

Well, if you ever need/want and DC recommendations I’d be more than happy to help! 🙂

Yeah. It’s a classic! I suppose… But I just don’t like her. She’s too into herself, from quite a lot of what I’ve read of her (although admittedly not much!), sadly enough.

Yeah, I used to be the same way, but she’s definitely grown on me! Although, admittedly, I too haven’t read much with her. My introduction to comics was with The Avengers when I was really little, but after discovering DC not long after I never really had any interest in Marvel. That is, up until the last month or so.

Obligatory Spider-Man appreciation post. Just got back from The Amazing Spider-Man. Honestly didn’t think I was going to like Andrew Garfield as Peter, but he did a hell of a job. Awesome movie though, definitely worth seeing!
